document.getElementById("Texto").innerHTML = "ISBIS has adopted the 'cafeteria' system of fees that is in place for other ISI Sections. This system aims at establishing a closer connection between what members pay and what they receive. Members pay a basic fee, which entitles them to the benefits of belonging to an international community of statisticians. They receive a number of publications, including the ISI/Sections membership directory, and the ISI Newsletter. They may also subscribe to the International Statistical Review (ISR) at a discounted price. Furthermore, they may subscribe to future ISBIS journals or publications at discounted prices. Members also benefit from reduced registration fees for regular conferences such as ISI meetings, ISBIS and other ISBIS/ISI organised meetings.

document.getElementById("Texto").innerHTML = "In any given developing country, people interested in Business and Industrial Statistics (BIS) should form a BIS Group within their national statistical society. The BIS Group membership dues will be collected by the national society, a component of which will be reserved for Sub-Section membership of ISBIS. The Sub-Section membership fee is USD 12. Of course, the BIS Group may charge a higher fee should it wish to retain some funds for its own operating purposes.
Once a year, the BIS Group will send a list of BIS Group members' names, affiliations, and contact information (mail and e-mail addresses, phone, fax, website) to ISBIS, together with a Group membership fee of USD 12 per Group Member. These people become ISBIS Affiliate Members. They are entitled to the following benefits:

For developing countries where there is no national statistical society, the suggestion is that individuals from these countries join one of the regional national societies, which will then need to follow the procedure as outlined above.
